Shad has devoted over 20 years of his career to fostering the intellectual resources, experience and knowledge that financial advisors require in today’s ever-changing environment. Shad oversees all Financial Institution Division and Retail Sales Management functions within BAR East. He acts as the key contact for all BAR East Program Managers and Investment Representatives. Shad and his wife, Jennifer, live in Mechanicsburg, PA with their two sons. Shad enjoys sports, traveling and spending quality time with family. He is a graduate of Rowan University.
